meghan & mitch

when i met meghan and mitch, i just loved their story of meeting on spring break in costa rica. with mitch being from england, there were many transatlantic flights... but years later, they are settled in together in new jersey as a married couple.  earlier this year we did an engagement session at my house and i had a great time getting to know meghan and mitch better and they promised me when they become dog parents, they will come back over and play with bailey! yay!

a few years back i'd shot the same combination of st mary's church in middletown, nj and the lobster shanty in point pleasant beach... it was fun to revisit years later with a different couple and different weather. while the rain didn't hold out for us, meghan and mitch just went with it and laughed it off!

that's meghan's college degree on the wall...

cutie pie flower girls from england...

meghan's sister, who is a veteran wedding guest of mine, getting ready...

so pretty...

i don't remember what i said to provoke this, but this was a fun bridal party!

i definitely did not provoke this... most of these guys are british. they claim it is a custom- i just went with it!

i saw a lot of asbury park this year...

i was boring mitch...haha

ok, he's back in the game...love this!

it was definitely wet and messy, but meghan and mitch just had fun with it...

 love this...

perks of being a nun: if you rock it out at a party, you immediately become the most popular person on the dance floor (she also became very popular on facebook-- sister nadine clearly has a lot of people who love her!)....

hah. some sort of british gangsta' scare tactic i think....

meghan's fun dancing shoes!

hah!

this guy gave me a lot of butt all night long... so i thought i'd share some...

repeat blog offender...

busted!

so much fun shooting meghan and mitch's wedding. a great love story coupled with awesome friends and family... always such an honor to be the one to capture it all. thanks to my assistant brian for helping me out... and especially for a lot of umbrella holding.
