on a beautiful august day, i had the pleasure of shooting an intimate ceremony for jamie and guillaume at the river cafe under the brooklyn bridge. jamie and guillaume had a wedding earlier this year in france where they were living. they will both be living in the united states now and had a ceremony for their friends and family here... and some french guests.
i'm a big fan of friends officiating weddings...
the way to keep children content during a ceremony- feed them a bagel, it works.
enjoying lemonade...
i love the happiness in this photo...
i enjoy the multitasking that is going on in this image...
some pretty good partying for an afternoon wedding...
cupcakes are quite trendy now with weddings...i'm not really one for trends, but i'm happy about this one. cupcakes are always a bigger hit than cake. i'm not sure what it is about them since they are essentially cake, but i'm really into cupcakes lately. i'm so into them that if you have cupcakes at your wedding i will offer you a $25 print credit as long as i get one...
people often take my picture at weddings. i think they are just trying to get me back, that's ok... it makes for a cool picture... :o)
jamie and guillaume's friends from france did a little dance for them...
sometimes a point is so important you have to take your glasses off to make it...
(okay fine, this guy was playing it up for me)
and i would like to end on a cupcake. i heart cupcakes. and this is the cupcake i ate. yum!
