elece & drew

i first met elece and her brother, drew, at elece's wedding in october 2010... i'm lucky to have stayed in touch with elece and to have had a chance to photograph her and her bro once again. for a gift for their mom, elece and drew had me take some pics of them...

this shot cracks me up. not only did these two dudes in the forefront of the pic claim some space outside the nyc public library by pulling up some chairs to sit on front and center. they plopped them right by the no smoking sign... best of all, were blatantly smoking a joint (yes, marijauna). only in ny.

cherilyn and joe finished out my 2011 wedding season... i missed their doggies maggie and sienna, but was thankful for the nice weather and sunshine on their december wedding day...

so pretty...

sometimes your kids hang on you and are impatient, but these are the same moments you should cherish...

i've never actually cracked up so much during a ceremony. cherilyn and joe's priest was quite witty and entertaining...

my fave part about this pic is the little bit of chocolate on cherilyn's face... so cute...

although i'm still a little bit disappointed that joe didn't serenade cherilyn with his accordion, i had a great time capturing their day and appreciated them being all smiles while we photographed in the brisk december weather!
