jess & mark

i love when a couple dares to do things their own way....

jess and mark had a wonderful wedding at the raritan inn.

jess and mark set up their own 5k for guests for the morning of the wedding and had over 60 participants...how cool is that? mark is a graphic designer and designed the t-shirts for the participants...

jess and mark got ready together...mark even zipped up jess' dress.

cute...

this is a year full of couples who are incorporating their dogs into their photos and i'm loving it. eli was totally adorable and fun to photograph....

when jess and mark have been married for 50 years, i'd like to return to this porch with them and take this image again...

fun...

i'm in love with eli!

instead of the traditional bride walking down the aisle, jess and mark and eli (their ringbearer) walked down the aisle together. i love the idea of this!

eli being a very good boy with the ladies...

i think eli looks really happy walking along with his now married parents...

wedding photos of the guests were hung around the walls...

any grandma that can dance to a modern, eclectic mix of music and is willing to learn new dance moves is cool in my book...

check out roots and groove for an awesome dj...

this was really fun to see up next to their wedding photo!

thanks to jess and mark for for the honor of photographing their wedding. it was such a pleasure to work with a couple so clearly in love that implemented their own ideas and interests into an awesome event.

bryan & michael

bryan and michael hosted an awesome celebration at michael's parents estate in new jersey.
guests arrived to the phenomenal grounds and walked over a bridge straight into a cocktail hour where bryan and michael were awaiting to greet their guests.

the night was totally freestyle. guests were welcome to wander the grounds, enjoy couches set out in the lawn, play chess on a lifesize board, mingle around the bar set around some trees, sit at some tables and chat or dance to the band.... good times all around...

fake horse...

real horse...

cool shoes...

bowser and enzo... adorable!

love the happy laughter faces!

family photo... bowser and enzo smile with their tongues...

view from the valet... amazing grounds...

i have to say... this was a very stylin' crowd...

if you ever wondered who i lost my caviar virginity to... this is the guy- caviar billy. i am exposed to caviar quite regularly being in this business, but could never get myself to try it. i'm not sure what it was about caviar billy.... but he was the one that was able to entice me.

the bridge at night...

bryan's family has their own secret gimlet recipe... and it is yummy!

debating the next move...

thanks to bryan and michael and their families for welcoming me and my assistant kelsey to their event!
